We’re thrilled to share that kitchenlink’s very first kitchen installation proudly featured in The HAUS – the full-scale, two-storey sustainable home built at the heart of InstallerSHOW 2025 at the NEC Birmingham. This marks a major milestone for kitchenlink, as our debut kitchen made its way into one of the most ambitious and forward-thinking construction showcases in the UK – even before our official launch.

High Standards, Tight Turnaround

To qualify for inclusion in The HAUS, we had to prove more than just good design. The selection process focused on strict ecological integrity, environmental impact, and practical viability, all tested under the pressure of a compressed timeline. Our kitchen needed to be not only sustainable but also installation-ready with minimal on-site work.

With a three-week turnaround we delivered fully assembled, factory-glued and doweled units, resulting in our kitchen being ready for installation in record time. This streamlined approach was essential to keep pace with The HAUS’s rapid three-day on-site build. Every detail had to work in harmony, from the material selection to the logistics planning, and we’re proud to say our team rose to the challenge.

Sustainability with Purpose

The HAUS, designed by award-winning architects IF_DO and constructed by Natural Building Systems, is more than just a showpiece. It’s a living case study in sustainable construction, built using regenerative materials and designed for disassembly and reuse. After its appearance at InstallerSHOW, The HAUS will travel to elementalLONDON and eventually become a research facility at the University of Suffolk, where it will support environmental studies and innovation in low-carbon building.

A Proud First Step

We’re incredibly proud that kitchenlink’s first kitchen is part of this journey. The idea was born and delivered at InstallerSHOW25 – but its legacy will live on, inspiring future builds and sustainable practices across the industry.
